  • Share scheme

    We offer the opportunity for all employees, regardless of their role in the company, to receive equity in Bluestone in the form of shares. These are typically awarded during the annual remuneration review with the opportunity to sell in liquidity events held every 3-5 years.
  • Bonus

    Bonuses are regularly awarded as part of the annual remuneration review to recognise great performance. Depending on the job role (for example sales), employees may be eligible for monthly or quarterly bonueses.
  • Pension

    Employees have a choice to join Bluestone's auto enrolment or salary sacrifice pension schemes once they successfully pass their probation period. Further information is provided to employees upon joining Bluestone.
  • Holiday Entitlement and Annual Leave Purchase

    We offer employees 25 days annual leave per holiday year (January to December) with an option to purchase an additional 5 days each year!

    Critical Illness - 2x basic salary lump sum payment in the event of a diagnosis with a critical illness.
    Life Assuarance - 4x basic salary lump sum payment in  the event of death.
    Income Protection Policy - 75% of basic salary in the event of a long term sickness absence from work.

Meet Deborah Stokes

Managing Director
Bluestone Credit Management

Deborah has been with Bluestone since August 1999, so is one of our longest serving employees. She started her career as a marketer for a storage manufactuer before making her move into financial services. Now the Managing Director for our Credit Management business after working her way to the top. A great example of how hard work and dedication can lead to great opportunities.
